How many gummies to eat per day? Can I give 2 different Little Joys Gummies to my kid at one go?

While we recommend giving your kid one gummy a day, you can give them any two Little Joys gummies at one go. Please note while they are yummy, these gummies aren't candies. It is safe to consume up to 3 gummies at once for healthy children (not daily).

Are they actually healthy? What are they made of?

Each gummy is made of a prebiotic fibre called chicory root unlike others gummies where the base is of refined sugar. Chicory is excellent for digestion and helps in nutrient absorption. We use natural strawberry flavours and colours without adding any sugar on top.

Should Kids Take Vitamins in the Morning or at Night?

Taking multivitamins in the morning with breakfast is generally recommended, as this can help ensure optimal absorption and utilisation of the nutrients throughout the day. Try to give gummies after eating food for better absorption of nutrients.

My child has a balanced diet and eats everything. Should I still give multivitamin gummies?

This can be through diet but more often than not because of the eating habits of the kids it becomes problematic to make them eat a well-balanced diet. Further, what we may think is a well-balanced diet may miss some essential vitamins and nutrients. Are these gummies bad for my child's teeth?

Little Joys Gummies are made with fiber and contain no added sugars, making them a better choice than regular gummies. However, like all gummies, they can stick to teeth and may contribute to cavities if good oral hygiene isn't followed. For best dental health, don't give more than 1-2 gummies in a day and encourage your child to brush or rinse their mouth after eating.

Great replacement for chocolate
