Yes, we strive to develop products of the highest quality and so we always want to make sure they are safe and effective. All our products are formulated with experts and safe to use, free from harmful chemicals. We also utilise 3rd Party Testing for a variety of factors.

Yes, you can place a bulk order. However, each product has a purchase limit of up to 5 units per order.

We always pack our products with extreme care to ensure that products that reach you are fully safe and are of highest quality. Unfortunately, we do not allow any returns, refunds or exchanges of these products. However, we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your order from us, always. If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so till your order is dispatched from our warehouse by reaching us on our customer care number as well.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we do charge for shipping. For orders below ₹249, standard shipping charges apply. For orders of ₹249 and above, shipping is free, but a nominal ₹9 packaging fee is applicable.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days from the time you make a purchase.

How do I track my order?

Post purchase, you will get a tracking ID through SMS and WhatsApp. You can track your order through that on our delivery partner's portal.

We only support standard delivery for all pin codes as of now. It takes 3-5 working days for an order to be delivered, depending on your location.

If you have ordered one of our kits, your delivery box is a set of thoughtfully curated products that cater to your kid's wellness needs. We also have a personalised note for you, a pin up poster and a regime tracker to help you reach your kid's wellness goals. Didn't order a kit? You still get our awesome products packed with care.
